摘要
本研究重点对转糖苷化法合成的烷基糖苷进行定性鉴定,并在确定对甲苯磺酸和吡啶复合催化体系条件下,对原料用量、反应温度、反应时间进行探索,确定了合成烷基糖苷的最优化条件。
This study focuses on the transglycosylation of alkyl glucoside synthesis method of qualitative identification, and in the determination of p-toluene sulfonic acid and pyridine complex catalytic system conditions,the amount of raw materials、reaction temperature、to explore the reaction time, the optimal conditions for the synthesis of alkyl polyglycoside determine.
