摘要
无铁硫酸铝传统生产有带压反应和常压反应两种方法生产,带压反应能耗高,环保问题多,已明显不适应现代化生产的要求。经过研究发现锆在硫酸浓度70%以下具有很强的耐腐蚀性,锆复合板制成的反应釜经过一定的技术处理不仅能满足工业生产硫酸铝的性能要求,而且能耗低,环保能够满足国家环保要求。锆反应釜在硫酸铝生产过程中成功运用。
There are two traditional production methods without iron aluminum sulfate, which contains with-pressure reactions and atmospheric reactions. With-pressure reaction exists high-energy and great environmental issues, has obviously not suited to modern production requirements. After the study found a strong corrosion resistance of zirconium in sulfuric acid concentration of 70 % or less, the reactor zirconium composite board made through certain technical processing can not only meet the performance requirements of industrial production of aluminum sulfate, but also low energy consumption, and environmental protection to meet State environmental requirements. Zirconium reactor has successfully applied in the production process of aluminum sulfate.
