摘要
幽门梗阻是临床上较为常见的上消化道梗阻是许多疾病进展导致的临床和病理结果.本文综述了近些年来幽门梗阻的常见病因和不同病因所致梗阻的非手术治疗方式,主要为内镜下治疗手段,随着内镜的不断发展和成熟,内镜下治疗将逐渐取代外科手术治疗幽门梗阻.
Pyloric stenosis is a common type of upper gas-trointestinal obstruction, which is a result of pro-gression of many diseases. This paper will re-view the common causes of pyloric stenosis and its non-surgical treatments, mainly endoscopic treatment, in recent years. With the development of endoscopic technology, endoscopic treatment will gradually replace surgical treatment for treatment of pyloric obstruction.
