摘要
针对铅品位为2.25%、锌品位为9.67%的新疆某铅锌矿,进行了在不改变原有工艺的前提下,通过改变药剂制度来提高选矿指标的浮选试验。通过采用新型组合抑制剂T9+硫酸锌,组合捕收剂D421+酯-114抑锌浮铅,获得了较好的铅指标;经过1粗2精1扫的优先浮铅和1粗2精1扫浮锌流程,最终获得了铅精矿品位为71.52%、回收率为82.35%,锌精矿品位为58.42%、回收率为87.26%的满意试验指标。
Flotation experiment is carried out on a 2. 25% lead and 9. 67% zinc lead-zinc ore in Xinjiang with no change of original process. Better lead index is obtained by lead flotation and zinc depression experiment using new combined depressor T9 + sulfide zinc,combined collector D421 + ester-114. Satisfactory test results,lead concentrate with lead grade of 71. 52% and recovery of 82. 35%,and zinc concentrate with zinc grade of 58. 42% and recovery of 87. 26%,are obtained through one roughingtwo cleaning-one scavenging of lead flotation and one roughing-two cleaning-one scavenging of zinc flotation process.
