大型电力变压器油箱吊轴的优化设计

摘要 针对变压器油箱吊轴强度和刚度设计中存在着一定的盲目性问题,本文采用Solidworks软件建立了油箱吊轴,并利用Simulation进行了受力分析,得到了额定工况下吊轴的应力、位移和应变图。在此基础上,对吊轴进行了优化,优化设计后的吊轴材料消耗降低55%,优化设计后吊轴的强度高、刚度好,为变压器的整体优化设计提供了重要依据。 Aimed at the blindness problem in transformer stiffness and strength design, this paper provides a 3D model of pendent axis with Solidworks software. With Simulation designer, the stress-strain of pendent axis in working condition is studied, and stress, strain, displacement diagrams are also got. The results provide foundation for structural optimization of pendent axis. Optimization design of the pendent axis material consumption is reduced by 55%. After optimization, pendent axis get high strength and good rigidity, these studies offer important reference to the overall optimization design of the transformer.
