摘要 我国是板栗生产大国,因此具有大量的板栗苞资源。作为含碳有机物,板栗苞主要用作制备基质以栽培菌类或制备活性炭等产品。化学成分分析表明,板栗苞含有多种有效化合物如多酚、单宁等,具有广泛的应用前景。板栗苞在我国历史上曾作为抗菌、抗炎的药物,研究发现其水浸液和有机溶剂提取液具有不同程度的抑菌、抗氧化等药理学作用,具有药用价值。板栗苞的研究有助于综合利用农林废弃物,为工业、医疗等领域提供原料。 China has a huge chestnut production, and also a lot of chestnut bud resources. As a carbon containing organic compounds, the chestnut bud is mainly used in the preparation of the matrix for fungi cultivation, activated carbon and other products. Analysis of chemical constituents showed that the chestnut bud contains a variety of active compounds such as polyphenols, tannins, etc. , with a wide range of ap- plications. The chestnut bud has served as an antibacterial and anti-inflammatory drug in our history. It was found that aqueous extracts and organic solvent extracts of the chestnut bud have pharmacology effects of antibacterial, antioxidant, etc. , in different degree. Research on the chestnut bud contributes to the utilization of agricultural and forestry wastes, and provides raw materials for industrial, medical and other fields.
