Study on welding process parameters of SAF2507 super duplex stainless steel

摘要 采用GTAW和SMAW两种不同的焊接工艺对SAF2507双相不锈钢板进行对接试验,对比分析两种不同焊接工艺接头的金相组织、力学性能和耐点蚀性。结果表明,使用含N2保护的GTAW焊接接头的双相比例比SMAW更优;采用GTAW焊缝中的奥氏体相含量比SMAW中更高,且前者的延伸率、抗拉强度和冲击功均优于后者;在50℃,6%Fe Cl3溶液中,采用GTAW比SMAW焊缝的耐点蚀性更好。 In this paper,gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW) and shielded metal arc welding (SMAW) were adopted to weld SAF2507 duplex stainless steel plate,which microstructure,mechanical properties and pitting corrosion were analyzed at the two different welding processes joints.The results showed that,the weld joints ratio of GTAW were better than the SMAW; the austenite phase content,elongation,tensile strength and impact energy of GTAW weld joints were higher than the SMAW; the pitting resistance of GTAW weld joints were better than the SMAW in 6% FeCl3(50 ℃).
