丁二烯螺杆压缩机转子故障分析与修复措施

摘要 就某炼油厂丁二烯螺杆压缩机组经过年度检修后运行是时出现的异常现象进行分析,指出压缩机运行时整个转子进口到出口温差较大,受热不均匀,产生的热应力也不均匀,转子发生弯曲变形进而引起转子接触碰磨故障,提出处理方法与修磨措施对损坏转子进行修复。 The abnormal phenomena of the working diene screw compressor unit in a refinery after annual maintenance was analyzed. It’s pointed out that the rub-impact fault during the compressor working was caused by the rotor bending deformation that was resulted by non-uniform thermal environment formed by big temperature difference between inlet and outlet, the processing method and grinding measures were put forward to repair the damaged rotor.
