摘要
采用微波辅助提取枸杞中的多糖,并采用正交实验法优化主要影响因素,如微波功率,提取时间,提取温度,提取次数等。结果表明,微波辅助提取枸杞多糖的最佳工艺条件为:微波功率700W,提取温度80℃,提取时间40min,提取次数为2次,多糖得率较高。
In this study,the microwave assisted extraction was used to extract polysaccharide from Lycium. The effect of four factors including the microwave power,extraction temperature,extraction time and extraction times were considered by orthogonal test.Results show that the optimum conditions are performed at 80℃with 2 times (each for 40 min) under the 700 W microwave power and the microwave extraction method is simply and effective.
