摘要
利用DYNAFORM软件,对传统压边方式下矩盒形件拉深成形的皱曲、破裂临界值进行研究;提出"液体静压支撑柔性分区压边"概念,并利用CFX+ANSYS进行流固耦合分析;借助DYNAFORM软件获取成形件最小厚度数据,进行均匀实验设计,确定几何特征+变形特点分区下长直边区压边力F1、圆角区压边力F2、短直边区压边力F3之间的最优组合;在分区压边拉深试验系统上进行拉深实验,采用CL超声波测厚仪测量成形件厚度值,并与模拟结果进行对比,综合评估成形结果。
Firstly ,this paper studied the critical values of the rectangular box’s wrinkling and fracture when using the traditional binder .Secondly ,the concept of binder with hydrostatic support and flexible segmented was put forward ,and the software of CFX+ANSYS was used to conduct the fluid structure coupling analysis . Thirdiy ,the orthogonal tests were carried out through DYNAFORM to obtain the minimum thickness data ,and the optimal combination was achieved between F1 , F2 and F3 .The symbols of F1 , F2 and F3 represent the forces of the long flange ,circular corner and short flange ,respectively .Lastly ,the stam-ping experiments were carried out on the stamping experiment system and the results were compared with the those gained by the software of DYNAFORM .
