摘要
针对连续挤压-冷轧铜板带工艺,分析14mm×290mm的纯铜板坯及其冷轧轧制变形量分别为70%、89%(含退火)共4种铜板的显微组织结构和力学性能。结果表明,挤出板坯的横纵截面组织均为均匀的等轴晶粒,并存在少量的孪晶。随着轧制变形量的增加,纵截面开始逐渐形成冷轧纤维流线,而横截面则形成变形织构,组织不均匀。当轧制变形量达到89%时,板的延伸率低于5%,不利于后续精轧。经退火后重新形成均匀细小的等轴晶粒,延伸率提高到50%以上。板的抗拉强度随变形量的增加而变大,塑性降低,铜板产生了各向异性。
For the continuous extrusion-cold rolling process ,the microstructure and mechanical property of total four kinds of cop-per strips were analyzed with 14mm×290mm copper slab and cold rolling deformation of 70% and 89% (besides annealing) .The results indicate that uniform equiaxial grains with small amount of twins were distributed along horizontal and vertical section of extruded slab .With the increasing of the rolling deformation ,the cold fibre structure was formed along vertical section ,while in the horizontal section ,the deformation texture was formed and the microstructure is not uniform .When the rolling deformation reached 89% ,the elongation of the strip is below 5% and not good for subsequent finishing .After annealing ,a uniform fine equi-axed grain was obtained and the elongation increased more than 50% . The ultimate strength of strip enhances and the plasticity decreases with the increasing of the deformation .And the strip is anisotropic .
