基于交通冲突的高速公路实时安全状态评价研究 被引量:10

摘要 为实时评价高速公路交通流变化对其安全状态的影响,利用Vissim仿真试验模拟武汉市外环线一段高速公路的交通运行过程。根据仿真数据进行相关性分析,确定影响实时交通安全状态的主要因素,并建立基于实时交通流数据的交通冲突计算模型。用美国I-794EB高速公路部分时段的实时交通流数据和交通事故数据,对该模型进行实例验证。结果表明,在事故发生前后邻近时间段内,交通冲突数C和交通安全实时评价指标(RTCI)均急剧变化,两者变化趋势相反。交通冲突数C能反映事故发生前、后交通安全状态的变化,可作为高速公路实时交通安全状态的评价指标。 For the sake of evaluating impacts of changes in traffic flow conditions on freeways on their traffic safety states in real-time,a Vissim simulation experiment was made for imitating the traffic flow condition on a section of Wuhan outer ring. According to correlation analyses with simulation data,the main factors influencing real-time traffic safety status were identified. A calculation model of traffic conflicts was built based on real-time traffic flow data. The model was applied to I-794 EB freeway in USA,and crash data and real-time traffic data are extracted to carry out instance validation. The results show that number of traffic conflict C and evaluation indexes real-time crash indicator( RTCI) change radically in the time quantum before or after an accident,and directions in which two quantities change are opposite. The number of conflicts C can reflect the change in traffic safety status before and after an accident,so,it can be used as an evaluation index to assess the safety state of highway in real-time.
