摘要
随着云南"桥头堡"战略的实施,云南省翻译人才,尤其是高质量复合型翻译人才紧缺问题日益明显。从对昆明市的几所高校英语专业翻译人才培养情况进行的调研来看,存在的问题基本是共同的,最根本问题就在于翻译师资匮乏,涉及专业领域的翻译师资更加匮乏。缺乏师资的同时带来了专业翻译领域涉及面窄、教学中重理论轻实践等系列问题。高校应该采取有的放矢的可行性措施,培养出社会需要的优质翻译人才。
With the implementation of Yunnan＂bridgehead＂strategy,the shortage of transla-tors,especially knowledge-compounded high-quality translators has become increasingly serious. Survey from several English departments of different universities in Kunming shows there are some common problems in translators training,and the most fundamental problem lies in the lack of trans-lation teachers,especially lack of knowledge-compounded high-quality teachers who have knowl-edge in some specific fields.In the meanwhile,lack of teachers have brought a series of problems, such as field of professional translation is narrow and ignoring practice in teaching practice.Universi-ties should take feasible measures to cultivate excellent translators needed by the society.
