摘要
目的探讨三维适形放疗治疗老年Ⅱa期及以上食管癌的临床效果。方法选择患者80例分为两组,各40例,观察组采用三维适形放疗,对照组实施普通放疗,对所有患者通过门诊或电话随访1年,比较两组治疗后临床症状好转时间及并发症发生情况。结果观察组吞咽困难、呃逆、口干及食欲下降好转时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组脊髓抑制、肺纤维化和放射性皮炎发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论三维适形放疗治疗老年Ⅱa期及以上食管癌能显著改善患者的临床症状,减少普通放疗并发症,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate clinic effect of 3D conformal radiotherapy in the treatment of type Ⅱ a stage and above esophageal cancer in elderly. Methods 80 cases were selected and divided into two groups,each group of 40 cas- es.3D conformal radiotherapy therapy was used in observation group,general radiotherapy was implemented in control group,all patients were followed-up with 1 year by outpatient or telephone,then clinical symptoms improved time and complications were compared in two groups. Results The turnaround time of dysphagia,hiccups,dry mouth and loss of appetite in observation group was significantly shorter than that in control group respectively （P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of spinal cord inhibition,pulmonary fibrosis and radioactive dermatitis in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group respectively （P〈0.05）. Conclusion 3D conformal radiotherapy in the treatment of type Ⅱ a stage and above esophageal cancer in elderly can significantly improve clinical symptoms and reduce common compli- cations,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
