缺氧诱导因子-1α在缺血缺氧性脑损伤中作用的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 缺氧诱导因子-1α(hypoxia inducible factor-l alpha,HIF-1α)是大脑缺氧时机体产生的一种重要转录调节因子,参与细胞生存相关的细胞周期的稳定及能量代谢,对脑缺血后神经元的存活、凋亡,炎症反应,血管生成的调控产生重要作用;在缺血缺氧性脑损伤中起着双重作用,且存在时相表达特点。通过调节体内HIF-1α的表达,能够为缺血缺氧引起的脑损伤提供好的治疗干预途径。 Hypoxia-inducible factor 1α(HIF-1α)is an important transcriptional regulator that mediates response to cerebral hypoxia.HIF-1αis involved in cell cycle and energy metabolism,and plays important roles in inflammatory response,regulation of angiogenesis and survival and apop-tosis of neurons after cerebral ischemia.Recently,some studies have reported that HIF-1αplays a dual role in hypoxic-ischemic cerebral injury and its expression changes over time.The regulation of HIF-1αexpression in vivo can provide a good intervention approach for hypoxic-ischemic cere-bral injury.
