摘要
对高压水锤配流阀的间隙流动特性进行了数值仿真。根据配流阀的结构特征,分别仿真计算了水锤冲程和回程2种工况下配流阀的间隙泄漏量。着重讨论了进出口压力差、间隙宽度值,以及阀芯阀套倒角对泄漏量的影响。
The flow characteristics of distributing valve clearance of high pressure water powered hammer is numerical simulated. According to the structural characteristics of the distributing valve, the clearance leakage both in stroke and return working condition are computed. This paper focuses on the effects of pressure differences, clearance width and chamfer on the distributing valve on the clearance leakage.
