摘要
基于对峙式乳化液泵连杆的使用工况及结构特点,结合产品开发研制阶段的单件生产方式,给出了加工对峙式乳化液泵连杆的工艺难点:配合精度、位置精度、接触精度要求均高;提出了为保证该种连杆加工精度和关键功能要求的工艺方法,具体有:为保证内外连杆的配合精度、位置精度要求,采用"分—合"的加工工艺方法;为满足高位置精度的要求,主要采取统一基准、工序集中、作配对标记的工艺措施;为保证接触精度,主要采取内连杆外球头配制、相应接触表面配刮研的工艺措施。
Based on the working condition of the confrontation emulsion pump's connecting rod and structural characteristics, combined with single mode production during the research and development phase,the paper shows technical difficulties in processing the confrontation emulsion pump: high accuracy requirement in coordination, position and contact and puts forward techniques to guarantee machining accuracy and crucial functional requirements of such connecting rod. Techniques at length are as follows: adopting separation-unity processing technology to guarantee requirements in coordinating and positional accuracy of connecting rod, both inside and outside; technological measures of datum unification, centralizing procedures and matching marks to meet high positional accuracy; technological measures of connecting rod inside and ball head outside configuration, and relevant contact surfaces scraping to guarantee contact accuracy.
