摘要
目的探讨益气健脾止泻汤对脾虚型溃疡性结肠炎大鼠模型TNF-α和IL-8的干预调节作用。方法建立脾虚型溃疡性结肠炎大鼠模型,观察益气健脾止泻汤对溃疡性结肠炎大鼠血清TNF-α和IL-8表达水平的影响。结果与模型组比较,益气健脾止泻汤可显著降低模型大鼠血清中TNF-α、IL-8水平(P<0.01)。结论益气健脾止泻汤治疗脾虚型溃疡性结肠炎的作用机理与下调促炎因子TNF-α、IL-8的表达有关。
Objective To explore the effect of Yiqijianpizhixietang decoction on the expression of TNF-αand IL-8 in ulcerative colitis（UC）rats with asthenia of the spleen（AS）.Methods The UC of AS model was established.The expressions of TNF-αand IL-8 in peripherl blood of UC rats with asthenia of the spleen were determined.Results Compared with model group, Yiqijianpizhixietang decoction could significantly reduce the levels of TNF-αand IL-8 （ P 〈0.01 ） .Conclusions It is suggested that Yiqijianpizhixietang decoction can decrease the pro-inflammatory cytokines＇levels of TNF-αand IL-8,which is probably one of the mechanisms on its efficacy.
