综述了γ 氨基丁酸的主要功能性 ,以及目前日本等国家在稻米制品中富集γ 氨基丁酸 (GABA)研究方面的成果 ,包括米胚芽、米糠和糙米发芽富集γ 氨基丁酸 。
This paper reviews the functional properties of γ aminobutyric acid(GABA) and it's enrichments in rice products. It also presents the research achievements in this aspect in Japan, where rice products such as rice germ, rice bran and germinated brown rice etc have been enriched with GABA and used as health foods.
