摘要
研究辽滨新城商服核心区能源供应特性和建筑用能特性,以实现区域能源的供需平衡、高效利用和建筑的低碳节能。对商服核心区能源系统和能源基础设施提出了基本规划理念,以商服核心区的能源供应状况、资源条件分析、供冷供热负荷及其分布等研究为前提,提出了应用内燃机的分布式能源系统结合地源热泵和吸收式热泵供冷热的系统形式,并对该系统能效做以研究分析,对共同沟的规划作了介绍。研究结果为商服核心区能源系统规划设计提供理论与技术依据。
Community energy planning is an important link of low-carbon and energy-saving planning in Liaobin coastal economic zone. This paper studies the energy supply characteristics and architectural features in commercial and service core area of Liaobin coastal economic zone in order to achieve efficient utilization and the balance of supply and demand in regional energy, and construction of low carbon energy saving. The basic planning concepts of the energy system and energy infrastructure are proposed for the commercial and service core area. Based on energy supplying status, resource condition analysis, building heat and cool load prediction and distribution, a systematic form that combines the distributed energy system and heat pumps are expounded, and the energy efficiency of this system is analyzed, presenting the planning of utility tunnels. An effective solution for energy system planning of commercial and service core area is provided.
