中药川贝对哮喘模型小鼠肺水肿和支气管炎症的影响 被引量:10

Effect of Bulbus Fritillariae Cirrhosae on Pulmonary Edema and Bronchial Neutrophilic Inflammation of Asthma Model Mice

摘要 目的:确定中药川贝对哮喘模型小鼠肺水肿和支气管炎症的影响。方法:建立哮喘小鼠模型并随机分为模型组(OVA致敏的小鼠),中药川贝组(中药川贝治疗的小鼠)和PBS组(正常对照组的小鼠)。结果:中药川贝可抑制哮喘模型小鼠肺水肿,降低BALFIL-1和IL-6水平,同时还可降低亚硝酸盐浓度和减轻中性粒细胞的浸润,并且使哮喘模型小鼠血清Ig E水平降低。结论:中药川贝通过抑制哮喘模型小鼠血清Ig E水平可减轻肺水肿及支气管中性粒细胞炎症。 Objective:To investigate the effect of Bulbus Fritillariae Cirrhosae on pulmonary inflammation in allergic asthma model mice.Methods:Murine asthma models were established and mice were divided into a model group (OVA-sensitized and challenged mice),a BFC group (Bulbus Fritillariae Cirrhosae for mice) and a PBS group (normal control mice).Results:Bulbus Fritillariae Cirrhosae inhibited pulmonary edema and decreased interleukin (IL)-1 and IL-6 levels in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid in OVA-treated mice.Bulbus Fritillariae Cirrhosae also decreased pulmonary nitrite level and neutrophil infiltration induced by OVA.Moreover,Bulbus Fritillariae Cirrhosae decreased serum IgE level in OVA-treated mice.Conclusion:Bulbus Fritillariae Cirrhosae may attenuate pulmonary edema and bronchial neutrophilic inflammation by inhibiting systemic IgE level in allergic asthma.
