血清25-羟维生素D质量浓度对急诊脓毒症患者预后的影响 被引量:3

摘要 近年来,随着对维生素D的深入研究,人们发现维生素D不仅是经典的钙磷代谢调节剂,而且具有免疫调节作用。维生素D可通过对多种免疫细胞和细胞因子发挥作用来调控固有免疫和抑制适应性免疫应答,从而影响脓毒症的发生发展怛。目前,国际上常用血清25.羟维生素D[25(OH)D]作为衡量和监测维生素D含量的最佳指标。国外已有研究表明,25(OH)D缺乏可能增加危重症患者的病死率旧。还有研究显示25(OH)D不足会加重急诊脓毒症患者的病情。但国内尚无维生素D对急诊脓毒症患者影响的报道。本研究之目的在于探讨不同的25(OH)D质量浓度对急诊脓毒症患者预后的影响。
