miR-551b-3p在胃癌细胞和组织中的表达及其临床意义 被引量:4

摘要 miRNAs是一类普遍存在于动植物体内的长约19—25nt的非编码单链小分子RNA,通过与靶mRNA的不完全结合,抑制靶基因的转录或翻译发挥其生物学功能。近年来的研究证实,miRNAs与肿瘤的发生、转移、耐药等病理进程密切相关,大约50%得到注解的miRNAs在基因组上定位于与肿瘤相关的脆性位点、癌基因或抑癌基因的断裂位区等。
