挤压铸造2A50合金不同固溶处理状态的显微组织和偏析缺陷 被引量:7

Microstructure and segregation of squeeze cast 2A50 aluminum alloy after different solution treatment

摘要 对用挤压铸造工艺和2A50合金生产的铝合金轮毂,借助差热分析仪、金相显微镜和扫描电镜等手段,研究挤压铸造2A50合金不同热处理状态下的显微组织和偏析缺陷。结果表明:挤压铸造2A50合金的组织特征为铸造组织;T6处理后的组成相为Mg2Si相、ω(Cu4Mg5Si4)相和θ(Al2Cu)相,合金的过烧温度为530℃,偏析缺陷的过烧温度为525℃;降低浇注温度或模具温度,添加微量元素Ti、B,可减缓或消除"挤压铸造异常偏析"。 With the aids of differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),Optical Microscope(OP) and Scanning Electronic Microscope(SEM),the microstructure and segregation defects of 2A50 aluminum alloy wheel- hub by squeeze casting after different heat treatment were analyzed. The results show that the characteristic of 2A50 alloy is as- cast microstructure. The composition phases of 2A50 alloy after T6 treatment consist of Mg2 Si,ω(Cu4Mg5Si4)and θ(Al2Cu). The over-burnt temperature is530 ℃,the over-burnt temperature of segregation region is 525 ℃. The abnormal segregation microstructure can be alleviated by decreasing casting temperature or mold temperature,adding trace elements Ti,B etc.
