摘要
研究了7050铝合金在不同变形温度下,纳米级析出相Mg Zn2粒子的动态析出行为。结果表明,7050铝合金热变形曲线的波动与动态应变时效无关,而是由铝合金动态再结晶导致。热变形促使Mg Zn2析出,且析出量随温度升高而减少,析出相在晶界处的尺寸要大于在晶内的尺寸。7050铝合金在高速变形中Mg Zn2相有两种形态,二者同基体的融合解决了变形过程中的裂纹问题。
The dynamic precipitation behavior of the nano particles Mg Zn2 in aluminum alloy 7050 under different deformation temperatures was investigated. The results show that the fluctuation of hot deformation curve of aluminum alloy 7050 is irrelevant to dynamic strain aging, while the fluctuation is caused by dynamic recrystallization of the alloy.The hot deformation prompts the precipitation of Mg Zn2, and the precipitation amount decreases with the increase of the temperature. The grain size of the precipitation at grain boundary is lager than that of intracrystalline. There are two kinds of formations for the phase Mg Zn2 during the high-speed deformation of the aluminum alloy7050, and the integration between the two formations and matrix improves the crack problems during the deformation of the alloy.
