摘要
以熔炼得到4种不同含量的Ni Al-Cr(Mo)合金为研究对象,通过金相显微镜、电子探针和能谱分析观察分析各合金的显微组织结构特征和微区成分。结果表明,Ni Al-Cr(Mo)只包含了灰白色的α-Cr(Mo)相和黑色的β-Ni Al相,10%的Ti元素含量可以使Ni Al-Cr(Mo)合金中产生一定量的Ni2Al Ti相。
Taking four different contents of Ni Al-Cr(Mo) alloy obtained by melting as research object, and the microstructure and micro alloy components of the alloys were analyzed by optical microscopy, electron microprobe and spectroscopy. The results show that Ni Al-Cr(Mo) alloy contains only gray α-Cr(Mo) phase and the black β-Ni Al phase, the content of 10% Ti element make Ni Al-Cr(Mo) alloys have a certain amount of Ni2 Al Ti phase.
