Design of Pipeline Leakage Detection System Based on MSP430

摘要 输油管道安全运营是一项重要工作,为检测管道泄漏情况,设计一种基于MSP430的管道泄漏检测系统。该系统通过微线检漏传感器(MLLD Sensor)采集端口的电压高低来判断管道是否泄漏。通过DS18B20温度传感器和KE-260/210压力传感器分别采集管道温度和压力信息,最终由单片机汇总采集信息通过基于CC1101的无线通信模块发送给中继单元。本设计的原理简单、电路功耗低、检测结果相对可靠、对环境适应性强、具有很好的普适性。 The safe operation of pipeline is an important work. In order to detect the leakage of the pipeline a leakage detection system based on MSP430 is designed. The system collects the voltage level at the port by MLLD sensor to determine the level of pipeline leakage, and collects the temperature and pressure of pipelines through DS18B20 temperature sensor and KE-260/210 pressure sensor, respectively. Finally the information of pipelines is transmitted through wireless communication module based on CC1101 to relay unit. The design features simple principle, low power consumption, relatively reliable detection result. In addition, the design has strong adaptability to environment.
