摘要 随着中国住宅产业的发展,工业化、装配化将是未来重要的发展方向。而对于装配式住宅来说,结构、水、电、暖管线等交接尤为重要,极大影响着设计和施工。过去对于装配式住宅大多以理念和案例介绍的方式进行描述,对于连接问题探讨较少,现有的探讨也多集中在结构方面。作者对装配式住宅连接问题进行了系统梳理,并结合工程实践提出了一套可行的结构、水、电、暖模块化连接方法。 With China' s residence industry development, industrialization, prefabrication will be an important direction in the future. For preeast residence, connections of structure, plumbing, electricity and heating pipelines are particularly important, which greatly affect the design and construction. Previous literature mostly focused on preeast houses concepts and case studies. For the fewer existing discussion on connection, they were more concentrated on the structure. In this paper, precast houses connection issues were systematically discussed, and proposed a set of workable methods of structure, water, electricity, heating modular connection.
