摘要
目的探讨带状疱疹后遗神经痛采用针灸理疗治疗的临床疗效。方法选取我院接收的124例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者将其分为观察组和对照组,各62例,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果两组总有效率、不良反应发生率均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论给予带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者针灸理疗治疗可取得良好的效果,值得在推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of postherpetic neuralgia using acupuncture and physiotherapy treatment. Methods 124 cases of postherpetic neuralgia patients in our hospital received wil be divided into observation group and control group, 62 cases, the clinical efficacy of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of adverse events was significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Give postherpetic neuralgia acupuncture and physiotherapy treatment patients can achieve good results, it is worth in the application.
