摘要
目的探讨分析盆腔淤血综合征的超声误诊漏诊原因,减少未来临床诊断的误诊率。方法选取2013年2月到2014年4月在我院治疗的盆腔淤血综合征患者36例,调查分析超声检测临床资料误诊漏诊的原因,其检测方式主要采用彩色多普勒超声。结果初始检测漏诊误诊的类型主要有慢性盆腔炎8例,子宫内膜炎异位症15例,尿路感染3例,慢性结肠炎4例,神经官能症6例。结论盆腔淤血综合征的超声误诊漏诊的主要原因有生理因素,仪器自身缺陷,医师临床认识不足等,医师在诊断过程中应给与重视,值得临床进一步重视。
Objective To investigate the analysis of ultrasound misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis of pelvic congestion syndrome and reduce the rate of misdiagnosis future clinical diagnosis. Methods February 2013 to April 2014 in our hospital 36 patients with pelvic congestion syndrome, the clinical data of ultrasound to detect the reasons for misdiagnosis of investigation and analysis,the detection method used mainly by color Doppler ultrasound. Results The initial type testing mainly misdiagnosis eight cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,15 cases of meningitis in the uterus endometriosis,urinary tract infection three cases,four cases of chronic colitis,neurosis six cases. Conclusion Pelvic congestion syndrome ultrasound misdiagnosis main reasons physiological factors, the instrument itself defects, lack of knowledge of clinical physicians and other physicians in the diagnosis process should be given attention, worthy of further attention.
