摘要 超高压手动液压泵的工作油压高达300 MPa,其上的一根油管长度大、管径小、管壁薄,与其联接零件间的密封完全靠油管两端的凸球面与联接零件的凹球面间良好接触和压紧来实现,对油管两端的凸球面尺寸、形状精度要求很高。冷挤压时需严格控制管坯被压缩的量,而压力机的行程又是不可调也不可控的。将挤压模具及夹具结合在一起,解决了高压油管两端球头及反锥面冷挤压过程中的一切问题。 The working oil pressure of super high pressure manual hydraulic pressure pump reaches 300 MPa. In this pump,one of oil tube has large length,small diameter and thin wall. The seal of this tube with link parts is entirely depended on good contact and compress of protruding sphere of oil tube at two ends and concave sphere of link parts,so requirements on size and shape precision of protruding sphere of oil tube at two ends are very high. The amount of compression of tube blank should be accurately controlled at cold extrusion,but the stroke of press can't be controlled and not adjusted. Using the advantages of extrusion die and fixture,all problems were well solved when high pressure oil tube ball heads at two ends and anti-tapered surface were extruded coldly.
