摘要
研究采用H2O2直接氧化脱硫灰渣中亚硫酸钙的可行性,并对氧化过程参数进行优化。优化结果为:液固比5∶1,氧化剂/亚硫酸钙物质的量比1.1∶1,反应2h。在实验装置条件下,脱硫灰渣中CaSO3的氧化率可达98%以上。
The feasibility of direct oxidation desulfurization ash calcium sulfite was stud-ied by using H2 O2 ,and the oxidation process parameters were optimized.The results of optimization were:the ratio of liquid to solid 5∶1 ,oxidant/calcium sulfite and the mo-lar ratio of 1 .1∶1 ,reaction time 2 h.Under the experiment conditions,the oxidation ratio of CaSO3 desulfurization ash can reach more than 98 %.
