摘要
为保障保护装置动作的速动性,通用设计GIS CT配置方案均将保护CT绕组布置于断路器靠线路(或主变)侧。经技术分析认为该方案在某些特定情况下可能造成保护动作无选择性、扩大了停电范围、增加故障排查时间等问题。基于上述原因,本文提出了一种将保护CT绕组布置于断路器和母线之间的配置方案,该方案可克服原方案的不足,减少了停电范围,缩短了停电时间,减少了供电企业和社会公众的停电损失。
In order to guarantee the protection movement speed, In the Universal design of GIS CT configuration ,protect CT winding are generally arranged on the circuit breaker near the outgoing feeder (or near the transformer). After the technical analysis that the scheme may cause the action to protection the non selective, enlarge the problem off range, increase the troubleshooting time in certain circumstances. Based on the above reasons, this paper proposes a protection CT winding layout scheme between the breakers and bus, this scheme can overcome the shortcomings of the original scheme, reduce the power outage, shorten the outage time, reduces the power supply enterprise and the social public power loss.
