摘要
基于模式耦合理论,使用结构化光纤Bragg光栅(FBG)对蔗糖溶液温度和介质折射率进行测量,解决了外部介质折射率参数对温度测量的交叉影响。同时采用FBG传感矩阵进行分布式测量,可实现对非均匀溶液的温度和折射率测量。采用结构化FBG传感阵列的方式,实现了具有温度补偿功能的介质折射率分布式测量方案。温度测量灵敏度达到8.5pm/℃,介质折射率测量灵敏度达到5.42nm/riu。因此,采用结构化FBG传感矩阵对于解决化学生物传感器的多参数交叉影响和实现分布式测量具有一定意义。
Based on mode coupling theory,the temperature and refractive index of sugar solution were measured by using structured fiber Bragg grating,which solved the cross impact of the refractive index of the external medium on temperature measurement.And using fiber Bragg grating sensor matrix was used to make distributed measurement,so as to realize the measurement on the temperature and refractive index of the non-uniform solution.In this paper,a structured FBG sensor array was used to achieve the program of distributed refractive index measurement with temperature compensation function.The results indicate that the measurement sensitivity of temperature and refractive index can reach 8.5pm/℃and 5.42nm/riu,respectively.
