龙眼是我国南方的特色大宗水果,种植面积大,约有80万公顷。其假种皮-龙眼肉的营养价值高,是历史悠久的知名的滋补食品。随着龙眼果肉中的有效成分及保健机理被人们逐渐认识,龙眼肉的开发利用前景将更为广阔。
Longan is the distinguishing fruit and with large yield in south China. Its growing area is about 80 million hectare.Longan's false seed peel-the flesh of Longan is the well known nutritious food with a long history.
