摘要 电机驱动控制系统是电动汽车的心脏,其可靠性直接影响着电动汽车的安全性。分析了驱动控制系统的主要故障模式,其薄弱环节为电机轴承系统、绝缘系统,及直流母线电容、IGBT等电子元器件。在此基础上建立可靠性模型。采用元器件应力分析法预计电动汽车电机驱动系统的可靠性。 The motor driving and controlling system is the heart of the electric vehicle,whose reliability directly affects the safety of the electric vehicle. The main failure pattern of the motor driving and controlling system was analyzed,in which the motor bearing systems,insulation systems,DC bus capacitors,IGBT and other electronic components are the weak links. On the basis of the analysis,the reliability model was established. Based on the established reliability model,the reliability of motor driving and controlling system in electric vehicles was estimated by the component stress analysis method.
