摘要
针对管路系统中端点位置的高效高精度测量难题,提出一种基于二维靶标的管路端点位置测量方法。该方法引入机器视觉技术和二维靶标,将二维靶标装配在导管两端,通过图像采集和处理获得靶标上标识点的图像坐标,通过建立的靶标模型与相机模型的关系求解得到管路端点在相机坐标系下的坐标,在此基础上计算出管路端点的相对位置。测量实验表明,使用该方法有效提高了管路端点的位置测量精度。
Aiming at the measurement problem of endpints' high efficiency and high accuracy in pipeline system, a measuring method of endpoints based on two-dimensional point-target was proposed. The machine vision and the two-dimensional point-target were introduced into this method. The two-dimensional point-target was installed on the ends of the pipe to obtain the mark points' coordinates by processing the image acquisition. The coordinates of the pipe's endpoints in the camera coordinates system was solved by building the correlation between the target mod- el and the camera model. The relative position of the endpoints could be calculated on this basis. The measuring ex- periment showed that the proposed method improved the precision in measuring the pipe's endpoints position and in- sured the efficiency.
