摘要
目的探讨儿科住院患儿呼吸道感染病原菌分布及耐药性,为临床抗菌药的合理使用提供参考依据。方法选取2011年9月-2013年9月儿科住院患儿送检各类标本共2 632份,对其分离的病原菌分布以及药敏试验进行分析。结果 2 632份标本共检出586株病原菌,检出率为22.26%,其中革兰阴性菌312株占53.24%,革兰阳性菌274株占46.76%,未检出真菌;革兰阴性菌对氨曲南、氨苄西林、氨苄西林/舒巴坦、头孢曲松、头孢唑林等抗菌物耐药率较高>85.00%;革兰阳性菌对克林霉素、左氧氟沙星、红霉素、青霉素有较高的耐药性,多数可达100.00%。结论肺炎克雷伯菌、肺炎链球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌等为患儿感染常见的病原菌,存在多药耐药性,应根据监测结果合理使用抗菌药物,以减少新耐药株的形成,同时降低医院感染的发生。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the distribution and drug resistance of pathogens cause of pathogens cause respiratory tract infection in pediatric inpatients ,so as to provide reference for rational use of antimicrobial . METHODS During the period of Sep .2011 -Sep .2013 ,various types of bacterial cultures were collected from 2632 specimens of pediatric inpatients ,to isolate the pathogens and analyze their distribution and drug susceptibil‐ity .RESULTS Among the 2 632 specimens ,586 were detected with pathogens ,with a detection rate of 22 .26% . There were 312 strains of gram‐negative bacteria ,accounting for 53 .24% ,and 274 strains of gram‐positive bacte‐ria ,accounting for 46 .76% ,while there were no fungi detected .The drug resistance of gram‐negative bacteria to antimicrobials such as azreunum ,amoiciuin ,Ampiciuin/sulbactam ,ceftriaxone ,cefazolin was high ,and the re‐sistance rates were 〉 85 .00% .The drug resistance of gram‐positive bacteria to clindamycin ,levofloxacin ,eryth‐romycin ,penicillin was high ,and the majority reached up to 100 .00% .CONCLUSION K lebsiella pneumonia , Streptococcus pneumonia and Staphylococcus aurous were the common pathogens in the infections of pediatric pa‐tients ,and there was multi‐drug resistance .Rational use of antimicrobial drugs should be based on the clinical mo‐nitoring results ,in order to reduce the formation of new drug‐resistant strains ,and meanwhile reduce hospital infections .
