摘要
[目的]保证检测结果的准确有效,实现实验室内部质量控制目标。[方法]运用原子荧光法对土壤样品中砷、汞进行了同时测定,根据实验结果绘制了质量控制图。[结果]通过对质量控制图的分析,发现检测过程失控。分析失控原因,对仪器环境条件进行了调整,检测结果受控。[结论]质量控制图在实验室内部质量控制活动中有很好的控制和预防作用。
[Objective] The research aimed to ensure the detection results be accurate and effective,and realize the intralaboratorial quality control.[Method] Arsenic and mercury in soil were detected by atomic fluorescence spectrometry.Quality control charts were drew by results.[Result] By the analysis of quality control charts,detection process was found out of control.The detection results were controlled when instrument environmental condition was adjusted by the analysis results of the runaway reason.[Conclusion] Quality control charts have good effects on quality control and prevention in intralaboratorial quality control.
