摘要
[目的]了解草鱼♀×鳡♂杂交F1的遗传变异。[方法]对草鱼♀×鳡♂杂交F1及其亲本的6个可数性状、9个可量性状和21个框架性状,采用方差分析、聚类分析、主成分分析和判别分析等多元分析方法进行了分析。「结果」草鳡F1外观与草鱼相似,在可数可量性状中,除杂交F1与草鱼7项性状无显著差异外,其余性状3种鱼间均存在显著差异,F1平均杂交指数为28.71,具有明显的偏母性遗传倾向。聚类分析将杂交F1与草鱼聚在一起。判别分析构建的判别公式可以有效地区分三者,判别准确率达100%。
[Objective] In order to understand the genetic variation of hybrid F1 (C.idellus ♀ × E.bambusa ♂).[Method] ANOVA,cluster analysis,principle analysis and discrimination analysis were adopted,and 6 countable morphological parameters,9 meristic parameters and 21 truss network parameters were used for a systematic analysis.[Result] The results showed that the hybrid' s appearance is similar to the grass carp.For countable and meristic parameters,there are no significant differences among 7 traits,there are significant differences of the others among three species.F1 hvbrid index was 28.71 on average,the characters obviously show maternal heterosis.Cluster analysis results indicated that hybrid Ft and grass carp get together.Three species coull be distinguished by using the 3 formulae established with discriminant analysis which the discrimination accuracy was 100%.
