摘要
本文介绍了陶瓷坩埚在水雾化法制造合成人造金刚石用触媒合金粉末中的应用。通过和石墨坩埚的对比实验,结果表明:陶瓷坩埚做为中间包材质生产出的触媒合金粉,粉末粒度更细,粉末粘连少,合成出的金刚石单晶晶形完整,透明度好,为进一步提高金刚石的品位进行了实验摸索。
This paper introduces the application of ceramic crucible used in the manufacture of catalyst powder by water atomization method making synthetic diamond. By comparing experiments on the cubic press in the synthesis,The experimental result shows that: Ceramic crucible for tundish catalyst alloy powder material to produce artificial diamond synthesis,fine granularity,less powder adhesion,diamond crystals synthesized good uniformity,To further enhance the diamond ' s quality was experimentally explored.
