摘要
针对传统继电器盒检测的工作量大、时间长和不容易发现某些隐患的缺点,设计了一种基于PC/104总线架构的嵌入式计算机检测平台,并介绍了整个检测系统的硬件组成和软件设计,重点阐述了逻辑测量和RC测量的工作原理。同时,采用继电器转接电路矩阵使各个检测功能相互之间任意切换。不仅克服了以前检测电路结构复杂、庞大的弱点,而且提高了整个系统的可靠性和集成度。实现了检测系统的便携化、自动化、检测高效化和故障处理解决及时化。
In view of the traditional relay box testing workload big,long time and not easy to find some hidden defects,this article designs a kind of architecture based on PC/104 bus embedded computer testing platform,introduces the hardware composition and software design of the detection system and especially expounds the working principle of logic and RC measurements.At the same time,relay switching circuit matrix is used to make arbitrary switching between different detection function each other.The system not only overcomes the complex and huge weaknesses of the previous detection circuit structure,but also improves the reliability and integration of the whole system.We implement the portability,automation,high detection efficiency and troubleshooting resolved in a timely manner of the detection system.
