摘要
目的观察参麦汤加减对恶性骨肿瘤的临床疗效。方法采用参麦汤（人参、麦冬、白芍等）加减配合静点复方苦参注射液治疗恶性骨肿瘤11例（多发骨髓瘤2例,骨肉瘤3例,软骨肉瘤1例,转移癌5例）,10d为1疗程。结果治疗1-3个疗程后,患者癌瘤疼痛评分由治疗前（7.5±2.5）分,将至2.5分,胃肠道反应症状明显减轻,生存质量评分由治疗前（30±10）分升至（60±10）分。结论参麦汤加减可减轻放化疗后的毒副反应,缓解疼痛,提高患者生活质量,对放、化疗具有增效减毒的作用。
Objective To observe Shenmai Decoction＇s clinical treatment effect for the malignant bone tumors. Methods Use Shemnai Decoction （ginseng, radix ophiopogonis, radix paeoniae alba, etc） addition and reduction coordinate intravenous compound of sophora injection for treatment 11 cases with malignant bone tumors, among multiple myeloma 2 cases, osteosarcoma 3 cases, chondrosarcoma 1 case, metastatic cancer 5 cases. 10 days for one course. Results All cases after 1 - 3 courses of treatment, patients with cancer pain grading before the treatment （7.5 ± 2.5） points, to 2.5 points, Gastrointestinal symptoms significantly reduced,the quality of life score before treatment was （30 ±10） points and then to （60 ± 10）. Conclusion Shenmai Decoction addition and reduction method can reduce toxicity after chemotherapy, relieving pain and improved quality of life. For radiotherapy and chemotherapy have synergistic attenuated function, the effect is significant.
