摘要
触头系统电动斥力的计算对塑壳断路器的设计有重要意义。基于电磁场及电动力的关系,并考虑铁磁物质的影响,应用Ansys进行三维有限元非线性分析,采用导电桥模型计算具有分片式触头系统的大容量塑壳断路器在恒定电流时的电磁场分布,以及各个动触头上电动斥力的大小。结果表明,各触头片的电流和电动斥力不均衡。该结论对触头系统的设计有一定的指导意义。
It is very important to calculate the electro-dynamic repulsion force imposed on the movable conductor for the design of moulded case circuit breaker( MCCB). With 3D finite element nonlinear analysis,according to the equations among electromagnetic fields and repulsion force,taking into account ferromagnetic,a contact bridge model was applied to calculate and analyze the repulsion force of sliced contact of large-capacity MCCB. The result shows that the current and repulsion force are imbalanced in the slice. The analysis result can provide some advices and reference for the design of contact system in MCCB.
