摘要
随着电力行业和电力市场的快速发展,电力工程项目的竞争日益激烈,因此对电力工程项目管理水平的要求也不断提高。云计算是一种以互联网为中心的新兴网络应用模式,能显著改变网络服务的模式,利用它来构建电力工程项目管理系统能带来低成本、高性能等特点。在分析电力工程项目管理特点的基础上设计一个分层的电力工程项目管理系统模型,详细介绍该模型的功能结构以及基于云计算平台——Google Sites的系统实现方法。该方法体现了利用云平台来搭建网络化的电力工程项目管理系统的便捷性与高效性,为电力工程项目管理的信息化和网络化建设提供了一种新的参考。
With the rapid development of the electric power industry and market in China,the competition has become more and more fierce in electric power companies,which requires the management level of electric projects to be im-proved greatly.As an emerging internet-centric network application mode at present,cloud computing can be used to build the low-cost and high-performance project management system in electric power engineering.On the basis of an-alyzing the process of electric project management,a layered model of the project management system is presented in the paper.The structure of the model and its specific implementations based on a cloud computing platform called Google Sites are also described in detail,which embodies the convenience and high efficiency of the method presented in the pa-per and can give an effective reference for the project management of electric power engineering or other industrial field.
