摘要
冬季喷施烯效唑(S-3307)已成为荔枝成花诱导期"控梢促花"的重要措施,阐明S-3307对叶片光合能力的影响将为其在荔枝生产中的推广应用提供重要的理论支持。在荔枝成花诱导期,喷施S-3307(1 250 mg/L)和GA3(90μmol/L)后15 d,用叶绿素荧光仪对荔枝叶片的荧光特征参数和光响应曲线进行测定分析。结果显示,喷施S-3307和GA3可以显著提高荔枝叶片的Fm、Fv、Fv/Fm和Fv/F0等叶绿素荧光参数。光响应曲线分析结果显示:S-3307和GA3处理使Fv’/Fm’、q P、PCR和ETR等叶绿素特征参数增加,NPQ降低;从荔枝叶片PSⅡ反应中心能量分配比率上看,S-3307和GA3处理后P和E增加、D减小,将有利于更多的能量用于光化学反应,提高光化学效率。表明在荔枝成花诱导期喷施S-3307和GA3均可提高荔枝叶片的光合能力,但其作用机制可能不同。
Spaying uniconazole (S-3307) has become an important measure to control shoot extension and promote formation of floral buds of litchi during floral induction in winter.Clarifying its possible effects on leaf photosynthetic capacity will provide important theoretical support for popularization and application of using S-3307 in the production of litchi.During floral induction of litchi,the fluorescent parameters and light response curves of leaves were measured by chlorophyll lluorometer at 15 d after spraying S-3307 (1 250 mg/L) and GA3 (90 μmol/L).Spaying S-3307 and GA3 had significantly promotion effect on the values of Fm,Fv,Fv/Fm and Fv/F0.The analysis of light response curves showed,after using S-3307 and GA3,the values of Fv'/Fm',qP,PCR and ETR were distinctly enhanced,but the values of NPQ were decreased.Analysis of the energy distribution of PS Ⅱ reaction center showed that the treatment of S-3307 and GA3 lead to higher levels of P and E,and lower levels of D,so that more energy could used for photochemical reactions to improve the efficiency of photochemistry.During floral induction of litchi,spaying S-3307 and GA3 can enhance leaf photosynthetic ability,while there could be some differences of mechanism between them.
