摘要
目的:研究射干药材经枯草芽孢杆菌和黑曲霉发酵后其中6种异黄酮成分含量的变化。方法:利用HPLC检测经黑曲霉和枯草芽孢杆菌发酵20 d时射干药材中6种异黄酮成分的含量,并与发酵前比较,计算各成分的含量变化。结果:经枯草芽孢杆菌发酵能增加鸢尾黄素和次野鸢尾黄素的含量,经黑曲霉发酵能增加次野鸢尾黄素的含量。结论:利用枯草芽孢杆菌和黑曲霉发酵后,可使射干药材中苷元成分增加。
Objective: To investigate six kinds of isoflavone constituent of Belamcandae Rhizoma after fermentation by Bacillus subtilis and Aspergillus niger. Methods: To compare with the content of six kinds of isoflavone before and after (20 days )fermented by B. subtilis and A. niger. The contents were determined by HPLC method. Results: The contents of tectorigenin and irisflorentin can be raised after ferment by B. subtilis, and irisflorentin can be raised after ferment by A. niger. Conclusion: The content of aglycone can be raised, after Belamcandae Rhizoma was fermented by B. subtilis and A. niger.
