摘要
鉴于目前市场上的水处理工艺设备投资巨大,占地面积大,管理繁琐,出水水质不佳等缺点,开发出了集成度高,占地面积小,投资成本低,出水水质好,能够自动反冲洗的圆台形筛网过滤器来替代传统水处理工艺(加药—絮凝—沉淀—过滤—消毒)中的沉淀和过滤装置。改进后的工艺使出水水质满足国家饮用水的浊度标准。和传统的二维筛网过滤设备相比,圆台形筛网过滤器具有单位过滤面积大,含污量高,能够自动进行反冲洗。介绍了圆台形筛网过滤器的工作原理,制作过程及实验效果。
A cone shape mesh filter had been achieved to replace precipitation and tilter device of the tradi- tional water treatment technology.( dosing , flocculation, sedimentation, filtration, disinfection), which is accompanied by these advantages including high integration, less occupied area, low investment cost, good water quality, auto--back washing and can take place of the conventional water treatment process equip- ment that is accompanied by these shortages including huge investment cost, big occupied area, manage- ment trivial, poor water quality. The improved process discharge water quality meet the national drinking water standard of turbidity. Compared with the traditional two--dimensional mesh filtration equipment, mesh filtration equipment, mesh filter frustum of a cone shape has the advantages of unit of large filtering area, dirty content high, auto--back washing. This paper introduces the working principle of frustum of a cone shape mesh filter, the production process, using methods and the effect.
