摘要
从服务流程、硬件、软件几方面介绍无锡市第二人民医院门急诊自助服务系统的设计,阐明其24小时×7自助挂号、缴费、预授权、查询等自助功能并分析其成效,指出该系统有助于节约患者排队等候时间、提高工作效率、实现有序就诊、保护患者隐私,值得推广。
The paper introduces the design of outpatient and emergency self- help service system in Wuxi No. 2 People's Hospital, from the aspects of service process, hardware design and software design, elaborates the self- help functions including 24h × 7 registra- tion, payment, pre authorization, query, etc. The effect is analyzed, the utilization of the system could save the queuing and waiting time, improve working efficiency, realized the orderly treatment, protect the privacy of the patients, it is worth to popularization.
