摘要
随着当代航空航天事业的不断发展,对军用航空产品的故障检测质量要求也越来越高,因此自动测试系统(automatic test system,ATS)测试软件的研发也受到了更加广泛的关注;ATS软件是联系自动测试设备与被测单元(unit under test,UUT)的桥梁,设计的优劣直接影响到ATS系统运行的稳定性和可靠性;文章将着重从软件开发角度来介绍ATS测试系统通用化的设计,并详细给出了通用测试软件开发平台(universal test program development software,UTest)的体系结构及测试流程设计方案;通过对某一型号NI数据采集卡模拟输出信号频率、数字输出信号量、数字万用表电阻测量值等参数的测试和判断,来实现NI数据采集卡各个通道的功能自检操作;最后文章对UTest的未来应用价值做出了相关的评价。
With the development of current aerospace business,the quality requirements of fault detection of military aviation products become more and more higher.Therefore,the research of automatic test system have also been received more widespread attention.Because ATS is the connection between automatic test equipment and unit under test,the design quality directly affects the stability and reliability of ATS.This paper will introduce the design of universalization of automatic test system from the point of software view,besides,the composition and test process of UTest are given in detail.Through test and judgement of the output frequency of anolog signal、the output value of digital signal、the resistance measurement value of digital multimeter and the like,to realize the self-inspection operations of each channel of NI data acquisition,At the end,this paper makes related evaluation of the UTest application value in the future.
